NERSA hands ESKOM 26% price hike ceiling

NERSA, the National Energy Regulator of South Africa has handed ESKOM a 26% staggered annual price hike for the next 3 years instead of the requested 35% per annum (2010 - 24.8%; 2011- 25.8%; 2012 - 25.9%).
