Teen sex in South Africa apparently has no consequences

On 3 October 2013, the South African Constitutional Court (similar to the American Supreme Court), proclaimed sections 15 and 16 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, relating to sexual offences, to be unconstitutional. The unanimous judgement was written by Judge Sisi Khampepe. According to the judgement, these two sections “infringed on the rights of adolescents between 12 and 16 to dignity and privacy, and further violated the best interest principle contained in section 28(2) of the constitution.” (IOL)

According to the Constitutional Court’s (ConCourt) judgement summary, the court used expert evidence to conclude that “the impugned provisions criminalise what constitutes developmentally normative conduct for adolescents, and adversely affect the very children the Act seeks to protect.”

Further, “[t]he provisions were declared invalid only to the extent that they criminalise consensual sexual conduct between adolescents [defined as 12- to 16-year olds]: the criminal prohibitions against non-consensual sexual conduct with children of any age, and against sexual activity between adults and older children on the one hand, and adolescents on the other hand, remain in place.”

In this judgement, the ConCourt is reticent to criminalize “what constitutes developmentally normative conduct for adolescents.” Really? So, the measuring rod for behaviour amongst our children is what constitutes as “developmentally normative conduct for adolescents?” What other conduct related to developmental conduct will next be decriminalized? Your guess is as good as mine, and it sends shivers down my spine when I just think of the possibilities.

Violence among teenagers is a growing problem in South Africa. More and more teenagers think that the best way to solve differences is through physical violence. Just this week a group of teenagers from one school used a taxi to get to another school to exact vengeance on pupils of that school for bullying a friend of theirs at the school. A couple of weeks ago a pupil attacked and seriously wounded a teacher. This type of violence among teenagers has become normative developmental conduct in our nation. Will this be decriminalized?

Americans have a chance to prove the world wrong this coming Tuesday in the U.S. presidential elections. In reality, they only have one way to go to at least move a small step back towards what the American Founding Fathers envisioned for their beloved country.

If they vote for Romney, even though he is not the perfect candidate, they will at least say no to Obama and his Democratic Party lust for power and big government. Under Obama, America is turning into a country of bloodlust (51 million abortions since Row vs Wade), and gross perversion, with Obama’s full recognition of the gay lifestyle and gay mismarriage!

ACTION: Even chewing gum sells sex these days!

What used to be a childhood pass-time has now been fashioned as a new draw card for sexual activity, perhaps even to the point of sharing your girlfriend with others. Is this really how far Beechies wants to push this envelope?

Just today I sent an email to the South African importers of Beechies on behalf of the Biblical Christian Network (BCN).

As parents and Christians we need to stand up against this type of sexualisation of our children via the previously innocent activity of [“insert innocent activity here”]! e.g. chewing gum! We need to stand up today so that our children can have a smut free tomorrow! Once again, in 10 or 20 years from now, what will you tell your child hen he comes to and asks: “Mommy, Daddy, what did you do when Beechies made chewing gum about sex? Why did you leave it to others to fix?”

Please, make a conscious decision today to start doing something for the future of this country. Don’t just sit back and expect others to do it. What if they are thinking the same? Please read the Action Alert from Errol Naidoo from FPI, and write to the relevant persons he mentions. Then, stop buying those Beechies, even if you or your kids are craving to chew on them! Let Beechies feel it where it counts, their bank balance!

South Africa: Assassin wins Labour Appeal Court ruling in unfair dismissal case

THE South African Labour Appeal Court ruled on Friday that the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) had jurisdiction to hear a case of unfair dismissal lodged by an assassin who was fired from his job in 2006.

The court was at pains to point out that the judgment did not sanction assassinations, but said the fact that assassination was illegal did not destroy the constitutional protection extended to someone such as the assassin in his work.

Apparently, teenage sex is a social problem

It seems like South African teenagers are all sexed-up and nowhere to go. 41% of pupils between grade 8 and 11 have had at least 2 sexual partners already. 52% of school pupils have had abortions, 19% have been pregnant or made someone pregnant and only 31% have used condoms during sex. As I have said in my previous post, "Criminals are cowards and should be treated as traitors to mankind!", the South African, ANC-led, government has created a godless society, and the results can be seen in the behaviour of our teenagers.

According to "acting director-general of Health Dr Yogan Pillay says there is no scientific intervention that can discourage people from having multiple partners." He also said that "[t]here is no medical intervention, there is no technical intervention. This a social challenge."

Abstinence Sex Ed Works

Who would have thought?

In a tiny piece called Abstinence Sex Ed Works in the TIME magazine of 15 February 2010 in The World: 10 Essential Stories section on page 9, it is reported that, well, abstinence sex-ed works!

According to a study that was recently published in the Archives of Pediatric Adolescent Medicine:

"abstinence-only sex-education programs proved more effective in encouraging teens to delay having sex than more comprehensive school programs that include information about safe sex and contraceptive options."

This study even prompted Obama's administration to perhaps start giving more funds for programs such as these. Essentially the message is "Zip it up and keep your pants on!"

Does anybody find it strange that all kinds of expensive research needs to be done to show the obvious. Common Sense indeed has died! Who would have thought that comprehensive sex-ed programs would actually encourage teens to delay having sex? Certainly not the conservatives! Definitely the liberals... but, oh yes, the liberals want the teens to have more sex, do they not? They are the ones who want younger and younger children to experience freedom in making their own choices without adult interference. It is the liberals that have created a culture of perversion and death in the West.

How have they created a culture of perversion? This is quite simple. They have been fighting for ever increasing liberal sexual laws since at least the 60's with its sexual revolting revolution. They have pushed for all kinds of sexual deviancy, especially for the "outing" of homosexuals. What's next? Polygamy? Bestiality like in Sweden? The problem with a revolution is that it is never enough. Revolutionaries can never get enough. They do not know when to stop. They are the ones who have lost all sense of morality, and that which they have will change tomorrow, because they have no sure foundation--such as the Bible--on which to base their morality. They are the ones who have rejected the God of the Bible and have made little "gods" in their own image. Little gods with whom they can continue their perverted sexual revolution. Even now, they are promoting their perversions in the schools through men like Obama's "safe schools czar," Kevin Jennings. Who will Jennings make schools safe for? Homesexuals? What about keeping these perversions away from children who would prefer not to be sullied by this immoral lifestyle?

How have liberals created a culture of death? Why, through their fight for abortion, the willful killing of another human being. Don't be fooled into thinking the argument is about "choice!" "Choice" is simply the pro-abortion movement's euphemism for abortion, which itself is a euphemism for the murder of pre-born babies. A woman has the choice to do with her body what she wants, as long as she keeps that choice limited to her own body. The baby is not a part of the woman's body, and therefore the woman has no rights over the life of the baby. Abortion is simply the modern version of child sacrifice to the god of convenience, which these liberals will worship to the point of death; not their own, but the death of defenseless babies. Of course, the abortion-mill market goes hand in hand with the push for free sex. No free-sex, no unwanted babies, no abortions, no money!

Liberals have also pushed towards legalized euthanasia--assisted suicide--in their promotion of the culture of death. I wrote about the issue of euthanasia in an article entitled Killing people using euphemisms back in April of 2005, so I will not touch much on this issue here. "Many claim that a person should be able to decide when he wants to die by which method. Physical illness affects the mind and the body. As a result, these stressful situations always lead to difficulty in coming to a well-adjusted decision. Patients may one day want to die and another day want to live. Which day will be reckoned as his final decision?"

Coming back to sex-ed, the problem with comprehensive safe-sex education is that sex is the fuel for more sex. Whether it is called safe-sex or something else, sex becomes a fuel that drives itself further and further until it becomes impossible to give it up. Taking into consideration the mindset of teens, it will not be easy to get them to stop once they have engrossed themselves into lives of free sex. Soon, so-called safe-sex will become unprotected sex which will lead to STDs and unwanted babies and abortions.

Abstinence education doesn't have anything to prove in reality. No sex, no STDs, no unexpected babies! Does the education work? Yes, if educationists are willing to try! The reason why liberals do not think that it can work is that they really do believe that humans are just more evolved animals which should give in to their animal urges. According to them, it is unnatural to go against those urges. If we continue to treat our young people as if they are just a bunch of animals, should we really be surprised if they act like they are?

Rather, we should treat our children as the moral human beings that they are, with dignity, and teach them that it really is possible to control those sexual urges that are sinful outside of marriage, because it really is possible. We are not animals, but beings with great moral capabilities, if only we will surrender to the God who created us with those capabilities, Jesus Christ!

South Africa can become a haven for sex traffickers!

Legalised Prostitution Will Remove Barriers to Sex Traffickers & International Crime Syndicates in SA! The deceptive and morally reprehensible agenda to decriminalise prostitution in South Africa has a powerful ally in the secular liberal media establishment. On Friday 15 May E-Newschannel Anchor Andrew Barnes conducted a 10 minute live interview with SWEAT representative Eric Harper on decriminalising prostitution in SA. Tragically, the entire interview was overtly sympathetic to SWEAT's views on prostitution. More worrying however, was the deliberate exclusion of an alternative viewpoint being expressed on an issue of critical importance to all South Africans. Eric Harper was allowed to attack those who opposed the decriminalisation of prostitution with impunity referring to them as "knee jerk moralizers" and "having their heads in the sand". I immediately sent an e-mail to E-Newschannel challenging their biased reporting which essentially amounted to censorship of the views of the vast majority of SA citizens. Ten minutes later I received a telephone call inviting me to participate in a live debate from their C.T. studios with Vivienne Lalu of SWEAT. (Ms Lalu was already in their JHB studios). As it turned out, E-Newschannel arranged two separate interviews with SWEAT on the same day without bothering to invite a single representative to express an opposing viewpoint. The live debate at 7:30pm on Friday 15 May was clearly biased in favour of SWEAT. I was interrogated about the integrity of my research, while Ms Lalu's claims were accepted without question. This is clearly a violation of the journalistic code of ethics. The print media are no better. Eighty percent of reporting on the Law Reform Commission's Discussion Paper on Adult Prostitution contained comments from SWEAT or organisations in favour of decriminalisation while a few paragraphs are provided for an opposing viewpoint. I appeal to the Christian Media in South Africa to expose the blackout of the truth about prostitution by regularly broadcasting interviews and debates on this critical issue. The Daily Telegraph reported (18 May) that ILLEGAL brothels are exploding across Sydney amid accusations all levels of government are doing little to drive them out of business. It's been claimed "tough" new laws have failed to prevent unprotected sex, slavery and corruption. "Cut abstinence funding, but keep funding the murder of babies"

Let's be brutally honest: No sex: no babies, no sexually transmitted diseases! Case closed!

But, why, oh, why are people so against funding abstinence programs in schools? To any sane person with at least one brain cell, it is quite evident that the only preventative measure that can work, and this can be deduced even before going through all kinds of testing, is abstinence! Of course, those that do not think abstinence works, must also believe that we are pollinated like flowers by the birds and the bees! That, of course, explains why so many liberals have unwanted children that they consequently murder through abortion!

The real problem that liberals have with abstinence is not that abstinence does not work. Their problem with abstinence is one of morality. They will not give up their heinous evil, because then they also have to agree that they are living immoral lives. Once they admit this, they also have to admit there is a God that they are accountable to, which they would not do, even to the point of death!

It is because of this deep-seated hate for God, and all things good and moral, that liberals will go out of their way to prove that abstinence programs do not work. Of course, programs do not work as well as the real thing. Programs of education can only be as effective as the belief in the program, of the one who teaches it! If the teachers that are supposed to teach abstinence are not convinced of the program, they certainly will not teach it with confidence and will definitely not create any confidence in abstinence by the students.

As a result, liberals have done some "research" some time ago and apparently have "proven" that abstinence programs do not work. The problem with this was that their test suite for abstinence programs was not the same as for their own comprehensive sex education in classes. Therefore, they compared apples and rotten eggs!

Now, on top of that, the Obamassiah, the One, wants to stop funding for abstinence programs. Of course, there was an uproar about this, as is only right! The White House responded to this uproar with its usual sugar-coated venom! The White House response:

"In the budget, 75 percent of funding in a new teenage pregnancy prevention program will be directed to programs that have demonstrated by rigorous research to prevent teen pregnancy. The rest of the funds will be directed to promising, but not yet proven, programs for which we have some indication that they achieve the goal of teen pregnancy prevention. Those programs would have to agree to participate in a rigorous evaluation and abstinence-only programs could qualify."

"Abstinence-only programs could qualify?" To quote my opening line: "No sex: no babies, no sexually transmitted diseases! Case closed!"

Researcher Stan Weed, in a congressional briefing, has shown "that not a single school-based comprehensive sex education curricula had compelling evidence for increasing consistent condom use." Further, Doug Kirby, a major proponent of comprehensive sex education and researcher on sex education issues, said that:

"the Mathematica study, which was commissioned by Congress and found abstinence education lacking, should not be used to determine the effectiveness of abstinence education. Huber expressed hope that the Obama administration would take a closer look at the most recent evidence, rather than relying on outdated data such as what was used in the Mathematica report."

The question, of course is, will the Obama administration be honest in dealing with this, or will it carry on in its path of providing every means to continue the moral downgrade of the American people, especially of the children?

Obama has already proven one point, he wants the murder of the unborn to continue, and he has made funding available worldwide to accomplish this "dream" of his! What are the chances that abstinence programs will continue in American schools? According to Obama's own track record, probably not great!

California: "Gay" agenda trumps everyone else's rights!

Well, there you have it. Arnold Schwarzenegger, governor of California has signed into law three bills that essentially squashes moral values and religious freedom.

The Bible warned us that the time will come when good will be called evil, and evil will be called good. Apart from degenerates that are already thinking that, the Governator has now signed that concept into law.

One of the bills,

"AB 3015 forces foster parents to train foster children to support homosexuality, bisexuality and transsexuality. The 2000 law upon which AB 3015 is based resulted in homosexual, bisexual and transsexual activism on school campuses from 'LGBT' students and teachers. AB 3015 will do the same for foster children, many of whom have already been emotionally damaged by sexual abuse and neglect."

Obama and change: what an oxymoron!

Obama keeps talking about change. He is going to bring change, he says!

When people say stuff like that it makes me think. What change does Obama mean?

In his acceptance speech as the Democratic nomination to fight for the presidency of the U.S. he says:

"Ours -- ours is a promise that says government cannot solve all our problems, but what it should do is that which we cannot do for ourselves: protect us from harm and provide every child a decent education; keep our water clean and our toys safe; invest in new schools, and new roads, and science, and technology."

"Protect us from harm?" Does he really mean it? How can he? This man stands for the wholesale slaughter of little babies in their mothers' wombs, and then calls it by the killers' commonly used euphemism, "choice!" Whose choice? Certainly not the baby's choice! And, why kill the baby when the mother couldn't keep her panties up and the father couldn't keep his pants zipped? Is this justice? Probably not a concept that Obama understands. Oh yes, he doesn't want his daughter to be inconvenienced the rest of her life with a "mistake!" "Kill the baby, you only made a mistake." This is what Obama stands for. Change? No way!

Obama is a typical Democrat. A big government that interferes with everything. It is a cult of the state. The state becomes the solution to everything. And since the state is the solution to everything, everyone within that state must line up with the policies, laws and thought patterns of the state. These thought patterns will be prescribed by the state, and will eventually limit free speech to all dissenters (read "Christians").

Obama will not bring true change. He is a strong supporter of the homosexual lifestyle and even wants to make it lawful for them to marry. Once it becomes lawful for homosexuals to marry, it will inevitably become unlawful to voice dissent to that law and their deviant lifestyles, and Obama's friends, the homosexuals, will make sure that they get special protection under the law.

So, what change does Obama want to bring? He claims that his plans will bring affluence to all, while Jesus said that we will always have the poor with us. The problem with Obama's plans is that they may bring affluence, technological advance and more education (read "indoctrination"), but they will eventually steer the U.S. to complete moral bankcruptcy.

When a culture of death (abortion, euthanasia, etc) and of moral deviancy and degeneracy (homosexuality, bestiality, etc) is being created, then no matter what material advances are being made, a nation will eventually self-destruct.

America has exalted sin in its midst now for a very long time. Its list of sins being exalted grows by the day. Some of these are pornography, abortion, homosexuality and many more.

If America does not put a halt to this soon, reversing the course, its ascendancy will quickly become a descent into oblivion and meaninglessness.

All I can say to the U.S. is, "Repent! And believe in the Lord Jesus!"

Court orders church to apologise to homosexual

A Pretoria High Court judge has ruled in favour of a homosexual man, Johan Strydom, for so-called 'unfair' dismissal based on his sexual orientation.

In this watershed, unrighteous--and indeed, evil--ruling, the judge ordered the NG (Dutch Reformed) Church of Moreleta Park here in Pretoria, to apologise to Strydom for its conduct against him, and also to pay him R87 000 in damages.

At the time of his dismissal 3 years ago, Strydom was living in a homosexual relationship.

The ruling by Judge Dion Basson will have dire consequences for churches, and indeed for Christianity in this nation. Based on his ruling, it probably will not be long before anyone who speaks out against the evil and despicable lifestyles of homosexuals will either have to pay up, or worse, go to jail.

I do not believe for a moment that Strydom did not know about the church's stand on homosexuality. That makes Strydom the fraud in this case. He is the one who misrepresented himself in this situation. Further, I am sure that if the church fired someone for being in an adulterous affair, nothing would have come of it!

Strydom is living in sin, and his continuation in this sinful lifestyle demanded that the church fire him. The fact that there was no "shred of evidence that Strydom had to teach Christian doctrine as a music teacher," has nothing to do with the issue here. Any unrepentant sinning member in the church is to be excommunicated, whether he teaches doctrine at the church or not. Further, rendering excellent services at a church has nothing to do with a person's way of life. Even the devil can render good service, but that will not make a church employ him! Also, holding to the right "religious beliefs" cannot make up for a life of sin.

"(16) For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. (17) For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, "The righteous shall live by faith." In my opinion, the Moreleta Church has absolutely nothing to apologise for. They stood for what they believed the Bible says about homosexual deviancy, and should be congratulated that they were willing to stand up against this evil.

The judge in this case should be ashamed for the ruling he made. Here in this Romans passage even those that approve of such heinous lifestyles such as homosexuality, are deserving of death (not inflicted by any human being, but God in the last day). Men like Judge Basson and Strydom can, however, escape this eternal death, typified by the eternal flames of hell, if they turn from their wicked ways, and follow Jesus Christ.

That is the question!

Probably under the guise of "neutrality" and that it is an "encyclopaedia," WikiPedia WikiPornia, is punting all kinds of deviant sexual "information" that is very explicit.

In a WorldNetDaily article called Is Wikipedia wicked porn?, this so-called sexual "research" material on WikiPornia is written about as follows:

"One Wikipedia entry states, 'A fluffer is a hired member of the crew of a pornographic movie whose role on the set is to sexually arouse the male participants prior to the filming of scenes requiring erections.'

A photo of two nude men having anal sex on a bed, and a 'fluffer' handing them a towel, is shown to the right of the entry."

The article also says:

"The site even boasts a 'porn star' award template for 'outstanding contributions to pornography articles on Wikipedia,' awarded by Wikipedia: WikiProject Pornography."

According to WorldNetDaily, Jay Walsh, head of communications for the Wikimedia foundation, claimed that they do not censor any of their content. That is categorically false! Read this.

To many liberals (clinically nuts folk?), Barack Obama is a cult figure. It seems that in their eyes he can do nothing wrong! Oh, don't be a nag-pot for pointing out his voting record on abortion and homosexual issues. The fact that his votes have helped send millions of babies to a certain and painful death, means nothing to them. That is exactly what these people want! He is also a staunch supporter of the deranged and wicked life styles of homosexuals.

Perhaps that is why it has been claimed by a man that he and Obama had homosex and did drugs together as recent as 1999!

Entertainment gurus, from TV to video games, seem to always have this immoral bent that seem to push them to further push the boundaries of morality in their entertainment genres.

The opening paragraph of a news report at Cybercast News Service tells it all:

Government to blame for South African HIV/AIDS pandemic!

Here we go again!

By now, the government-issued Choice condoms, have had 3 recalls of defective condoms in recent memory. Two of these recalls were within the last two months.

Together with these condom failures, top government figures such as Jacob Zuma (in the running for the presidency of the ANC, and hence that of South Africa) make light of the HIV/AIDS pandemic by comments and practices that lead to the wrong message for our people in this country.

Zuma had sex with a woman not so long ago without knowing whether she had HIV or not! His solution to prevent himself form getting the virus? A good shower after his escapades with this young woman! If this is not a bad message to our people, then what would be?

Then, our health minister, Dr Mantombazana Tshabalala-Msimang, tells people that they need to eat potatoes and other vegetables to fight this battle.

The government has shown time and again that they do not have the resources or the know-how to fight this battle. With them, it is mostly talk and no action. For that, they are to blame!

However, in a recent article in the Mail & Guardian, Warren Foster laments the problem of the HIV/AIDS pandemic by placing all the blame on the government for the spread of this deadly virus in South Africa.

Some people were interviewed for this article, and they all blame the government! How can the government be blamed for the spread of HIV/AIDS, when the spread of this virus is almost completely by having sex with another person? Is the government organising orgies for people to attend? Is the government forcing people to have sex with others?

The fact is that our society has become a society of victims. Whenever something goes wrong in our own lives, we need to blame someone else. Even when we cut off our own hands with some tool, we have this urge to blame someone else, who "should have" put a warning on the tool to keep it away from our hands.

We no longer want to take responsibility for our own lives. That is why people blame the government for getting HIV/AIDS, and when the government is too slow in the fight against the virus, then these same people blame the government once again!

I have to agree that the government keeps on sending out the wrong signals in this fight, but it is because professionals and the industry gave the government the message to pass along. The message is that as long as you use a condom while having sex, you will be fine. However, that is a simple lie that is proven to be false within the condom industry! The fact is, that condoms still have around a 20% failure rate when it comes to fighting HIV, or pregnancy for that matter. This however is not disclosed to people. So, when the government, and all those clever professionals tell people that they need to use condoms during sex, what do people think?

The initial thought is that government finds free sex outside of marriage as acceptable behaviour. So, these people simply go along with the flow!

The fact is, the best method of fighting this virus is not through condoms (the misnomer of "safe-sex"), or medicine, but through the simple practice of chastity. With this chastity comes abstinence, which up till now have proven 100% safe against the spread of this virus.

Of course, your first thought will be, "But people will not stop having sex outside of marriage!" Of course they will not! As long as we tell them that they do not have the ability to abstain, why should they even try? They are victims of this over-sexed society anyhow, aren't they? So, they are victims and victims just sit back waiting for things to happen to them.

No, we need to start the real "moral regeneration" of this country by telling people that sex outside of marriage is sin in God's eyes. There are consequences to having free sex. Two of those are unwanted pregnancies and STDs. By following God's laws in this regard, neither of these would be a problem!

When the government does not protect its citizens from crime and invasions, then blame it. But, when your own actions lead to your own demise, don't blame someone else. Take responsibility for it!

Please understand, I am not saying that we should abandon sick people, but when a lifestyle leads to disease, don't shift the blame onto others!
